Terms & Conditions for Darlington Executive Taxi Service

  1. Booking & Reservation:

    • Bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
    • We require a minimum notice of 8 hours for bookings.
    • All bookings are subject to availability.

  2. Cancellations & Modifications:

    • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee.
    • Modifications to bookings should be made as early as possible, subject to availability.

  3. Payment:

    • Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
    • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, cash.
    • For corporate accounts, billing arrangements can be made by prior agreement.

  4. Fares & Charges:

    • Fares are based on distance, time, and the nature of the service requested.
    • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra luggage, or special requirements.
    • All prices are subject to change and may vary depending on traffic, time of day, or other factors.

  5. Passenger Conduct:

    • Passengers must behave respectfully and in accordance with local laws during the journey.
    • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and disruptive behavior are prohibited in the vehicle.
    • The driver has the right to refuse service if passengers are intoxicated or cause disturbances.

  6. Liability:

    • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused during the journey except as required by law.
    • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey.

  7. Punctuality:

    • While we strive to be punctual, Darlington Executive Taxi cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to factors such as weather, traffic, or accidents.
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

  8. Privacy & Data Protection:

    • Any personal information provided will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    • By booking, you agree to our collection, storage, and use of personal data for booking and service purposes.

  9. Force Majeure:

    • Darlington Executive Taxi is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside of our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or strikes.
